The Scarborough Light Parade’s static display takes place on Saturday 8th September 2012 from 10.00am until 4.00pm in front of the Scarborough Lifeboat House in Foreshore Road. GoldWings will line the promenade and GoldWing trikes will be displayed in the West Pier Car Park at the rear of the lifeboat house and it’s here where the public get a chance to chat with the owners and get the full facts about these fabulous touring motorcycles and discover just where some of the owners have ventured with their bikes.
The Mayor of Scarborough will attend the display and choose his favourite GoldWings then later, just before 4.00pm, he or she, will present awards to the owners of the winning bikes. Some bikes will be available to sit on so visitors can take their own photographs but a small donation to the RNLI will be expected.

All bikes parking in the display areas will need to display a current inscription sticker to be covered by the club’s insurance and these will be available from the nearby inscription desk
